Platform strategy
Whether Roblox is right for you at all, which audience is actually there, and what the world has to do so the brand is the reason people play rather than the thing they skip.
Roblox agency
Most agencies sell you a Roblox strategy and hand the build to someone else. We do both, and we are judged on the same number you are: how many people showed up and how long they stayed.
One team from the first workshop to the sixth month of live-ops. No hand-off, no second vendor learning your brand from scratch.
Whether Roblox is right for you at all, which audience is actually there, and what the world has to do so the brand is the reason people play rather than the thing they skip.
Full production in Roblox Studio: gameplay, 3D environment, Luau scripting, monetisation and analytics wired in before launch, not bolted on after.
Branded wearables players choose to put on and keep wearing outside your world — the only ad format the audience carries for you voluntarily.
Seasonal updates, events and content drops that keep the world alive after launch week. Lenta’s worlds kept growing after the campaign budget stopped.
A KPI plan agreed before a line of code: visits, average session, return rate, and conversion into whatever your business counts as a result.
Chat filtering, moderation rules, age-appropriate design, and the platform policy review that keeps a brand out of the wrong headline.
Four stages. You can stop after the pilot and owe nothing further.
Two sessions. We map your audience against who is actually on Roblox, and tell you plainly if the answer is no — that has happened, and it saves everyone a quarter.
A scoped, playable world with one core loop. Live in weeks, not quarters, so the first real behaviour data arrives before the big budget is committed.
What the pilot proved gets built out: more content, UGC drops, creator collaborations, paid traffic where the unit economics justify it.
Monthly live-ops. A branded world is owned infrastructure — players return and bring friends without you paying per visit.
Takeovers & rush work
Send a live Roblox experience with someone else’s code in it. We read that code, fix what is broken, add what you need and publish the update. Deadline was yesterday? Say so in the first message and we plan around it.
Send us the game linkWe take over an existing place — other people’s Luau, other people’s structure — audit it in a few days and keep shipping from there. A rebuild happens only when the audit shows it costs less than the patching.
Events, new mechanics, seasonal drops, balance and monetisation patches — published to a game that stays online while players are in it.
Tell us the date first. We scope backwards from it and answer plainly what fits: a sprint, a weekend, or an overnight hotfix. Small updates go out the same day.
Same terms as any other work: fixed scope, fixed price, the numbers agreed before the first commit.
Public cases only — the rest are under NDA. Visit counts pulled from the Roblox API.
The build is the easy part to outsource; the hard part is knowing what survives contact with players. We have shipped 48 worlds since 2022 and watched most of the ways they fail — a world with no reason to return, a brand pasted on top of borrowed gameplay, a launch with no live-ops behind it. That pattern library is what you are hiring.
A scoped pilot starts well below a broadcast campaign; a full always-on world with live-ops sits in a different bracket. The honest answer depends on the core loop, so we price after the fit workshop rather than off a rate card. We wrote up the full cost breakdown in the blog.
A pilot world ships in weeks. A large always-on build with custom mechanics and UGC runs longer. Either way you see a playable build early — nothing about this process requires you to approve a world you have never walked around in.
It can be, and it is a design decision rather than a platform property. Chat filtering, moderation, age-appropriate mechanics and a policy review are part of every build we ship. We have a full write-up on brand safety in the blog.
Ads rent you attention and stop the day the budget stops. A world is owned infrastructure that keeps earning visits afterwards. Most brands should start with a pilot world and use ads to feed it, not the other way round.
Tell us the audience and the business result you need. If Roblox is the wrong channel for it, we will say so in the first call.
