Privacy

This site has no contact forms, no cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts or fonts. When you reach out over Telegram, e-mail or LinkedIn, the conversation happens inside that service under its own privacy terms, and we use what you send us only to answer you.

Analytics. We measure traffic with Umami, which we host ourselves: its script and collector are served from robloxoi.io itself, so nothing goes to a third party. It sets no cookies and records nothing that identifies you — only aggregated page views, referrer, country, browser and screen size. Any browser tracking protection blocks it, and the site works exactly the same either way.

Session recordings (only with your consent). If you press “Allow” in the banner, our self-hosted tool Pulse records how you use the pages — mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and which form fields you fill — so we can replay a visit and see where a page gets in the way. Text you type is masked in the browser and never leaves it. To tell one visit from the next, Pulse keeps a random id in your browser's local storage (not a cookie). Recordings are stored only on our own server, are not shared with anyone, and are deleted after 30 days. Without consent, nothing is recorded and nothing is stored. You can change your choice at any time under “Analytics settings” at the bottom of every page; withdrawing removes the id from your browser.

In-game feedback. Experiences we build can include a feedback panel. If you choose to send feedback there, the relay at feedback.robloxoi.io passes your Roblox display name and user id, the place id, your rating, category and message to a private channel on our Discord, where our team reads it and replies to the report. Nothing is stored on the relay itself, we do not link it to anything else about you, and sending feedback is always optional.

Server logs. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent) for security and capacity purposes; they rotate automatically and are not shared with anyone.

Social publishing (YouTube, Instagram). We run a self-hosted publishing tool at smm.robloxoi.io that posts videos to our own YouTube and Instagram accounts. It uses the YouTube API Services; by using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. When an account is connected, the tool receives an OAuth access token and the basic channel or profile details (id, name, picture) needed to upload videos and read their view statistics. Tokens are stored on our own server, used only to publish and measure our content, and never sold or shared. You can revoke access at any time in your Google security settings or in Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites; on revocation or on request we delete the stored tokens and channel details within 7 days.

Terms of use — publishing tool

The publishing tool at smm.robloxoi.io is an internal tool of Oi_iO Metaverse lab. It is not offered to the public: accounts are created only for our own team, and only accounts owned by us are connected to it.

Anyone who connects a YouTube account to the tool agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledges the Google Privacy Policy. The tool may only be used to publish content we own or are licensed to publish, in line with YouTube's Community Guidelines and Instagram's Terms of Use. Access can be revoked at any time as described under Privacy above; we may disable any account that breaks these terms.

Roblox and the Roblox logo are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Oi_iO is an independent studio and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. We reference Roblox solely to describe the platform our work runs on. All client names and marks mentioned in our case studies belong to their respective owners and appear here to document work actually delivered for them.
