The goal

Run an internal corporate event for SKB Kontur employees in the metaverse, improving client service through team-building and networking.

What we built

Wrote the event concept, quest storylines and entertainment. Built a “Mars” location with many themed 3D objects and interaction scripts, provided full tech support and moderation, streamed the speakers onto a big in-world screen, and closed with fireworks and interactive avatar applause.

The result

1,300+ employees attended. Leadership got strong feedback and requests to keep the format; teams solved client-service tasks together while networking.
