What does a brand actually receive at the end of a Roblox project?
What should transfer to the client at delivery: access, source files, asset rights, documentation and analytics data. An acceptance checklist.
A brand should end up with a working experience under its own group, access to analytics, the project source files, and confirmed rights to every asset used. Everything else follows from that set.
Access
Group ownership. A company account listed as owner of the group the experience is published under.
Creator dashboard. Your own analytics access, rather than forwarded screenshots. Experience metrics unlock once the game passes a threshold: more than 10 daily active users and more than 10 hours of engagement for seven consecutive days.
Role permissions. A clear list of who can do what inside the group, including who can move its funds.
Files
The world’s project file. Scripts. 3D models, textures, audio. Sources in an editable state, not just a compiled build.
Separately, a list of every asset with its provenance: what the contractor created, what was purchased and under what terms.
Documentation
How the mechanic works. How to make changes. How to publish an update. Where to look when something breaks.
A project without that document is technically yours while only the team that built it can operate it.
Data
A metrics export covering the project period. If there was an integration with your systems, a description of how it works plus the access to it.
If player contacts were collected, verify separately where that data sits and on what legal basis.
UGC items
Avatar items attach to the account that uploaded them. Give them their own clause at acceptance.
The acceptance checklist
Open the dashboard with your own credentials and confirm you can see numbers. Confirm the company account is listed as group owner. Open the project file and confirm it opens. Compare the asset list against what you see in the world.
Four checks take an hour and save months of untangling if you decide to change studios a year from now.
A Roblox marketing agency that ships worlds, not decks
Most agencies sell you a Roblox strategy and hand the build to someone else. We do both, and we are judged on the same number you are: how many people showed up and how long they stayed.
