The goal

Convey Komus’s new corporate values to employees in a memorable, playful format instead of standard presentations.

What we built

Created a Spatial metaverse with interactive mechanics through which employees learned the new values by doing. Branded the space and added story-driven interactions and themed activities.

The result

Employees got an immersive experience of the corporate values instead of slides or email, with recall far higher than classic HR tools.
