The goal

Run a phygital event in the metaverse in parallel with an offline one, with the lowest possible barrier: browser and mobile access, no registration.

What we built

Built a virtual 3D copy of the offline conference hall, branded with photos, video, decks and Bali-style 3D objects (palms, god statues). Created a telebridge between the real and virtual worlds by streaming the offline event onto a big in-world screen.

The result

Full sync of offline and online parts. Remote guests experienced presence on par with in-person attendees.
